About the Role: 

Our Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of Coloplast ANZ. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage digital campaigns, social media strategies, and direct email marketing, all while fostering relationships with health care professionals across various platforms. You'll be instrumental in driving both lead and revenue generation, ensuring our marketing objectives are not just met, but exceeded. Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver and manage paid media campaigns across social, search and display channels, including creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Make informed digital campaign recommendations based on market knowledge and previous campaign results.
  • Create ongoing organic social content to engage respective stakeholders across multiple platforms.
  • Publish, schedule, and manage social content across relevant platforms and report to stakeholders.
  • Drive SEO, content strategy and content execution on Coloplast websites for product users.
  • Collaborate with various marketing functions and leadership to build and measure demand generation campaigns. 
  • Provide reporting and visibility into campaign performance and progression.
  • Coordinate with consumer marketing on various offline marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Work with Social Media ambassadors to build and drive Coloplast objectives. 
  • Supper in the delivery of emails and content for our online education platform for healthcare professionals.

 

Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in digital channels.
  • Proficient in a variety of systems including website CMS, Email systems, Google Analytics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, salesforce.com.
  • Awareness of best practice in utlilisation of a variety of digital channels.
  • Experience managing multiple social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Experience in creative development and copywriting.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • SEO/SEM, PPC, Email databases and organic and paid social media exposure.
  • Analytical experience to drive customer journey, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
  • A passion to make a difference, and to take consumer marketing to the next level
